Bug: Elven Chain missing +1 Bonus

Was looking at the Elven Chain (DMG) and when the player was wearing it they were only getting an AC of 13, when it should be 14.. 13 Base +1 Bonus.. looking at the item, it's missing the +1 bonus

It is suggested to report issues like these to the respected bug report thread. As this would be an issue with a module or the ruleset and not with FGU as a whole. What ruleset are you referring to with this issue?

He's referring to 5e and he is correct. I'll add that to my fix list.
