having an issue with the system

i'm trying to learn things on FGU and my partner was trying to login as well through lan and the system isn't working right on her end. even from start up she had error messages i'm posting the pictures to see if there is something we're doing wrong or if she needs to do something.

That looks like a permission error on her side. Check read & write access in the folder C:\Users\Devon\AppData\Roaming\Smiteworks\Fantasy Grounds.

Otherwise a reinstall might help.

It looks like the permissions are borked on the install folder.
I would make sure that All Users or Everyone has all permissions (they do not need Full Control or Special Permissions but they need everything else) to the Fantasy Grounds folder.
I would then delete everything in that folder and rerun the updater.
