The table is in the Character Law Reference Manual.

Search for Static in the search box

There are two tables:

10-04 Static Action Table and under option 24 (scroll down a bit), Table 10-05 Alternative Static Action Table

I would recommend if you want fast access to the tables, that you drag the Iron Crown icon in the upper left of the table to the hot bar at the bottom of the screen.
