Why does this keep happening?

I have the Ultimate subscription license and a valid log in, yet I still cannot access software that I am paying for. It is extremely frustrating.

I am running version 4.1.3 Ultimate 21-06-01

Everything is up to date and in settings I have a login success. When I load any campaign I get the thread title message.

Please help!

The lobby server seems to be working fine for me. When reporting issues, please upload compiled logs and screen shots as appropriate to describe the issue.

The software runs on your computer. What do you mean you cant access it?
If you cant connect to the lobby generally there is something on your network or your computer that is blocking the connections.
