What does Turn: Show Effect do exactly?
I couldn't find it in the wiki.

Ah, when I click the question mark in the options windows, I get sent to https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/996643248/PFRPG+and+3.5E+Campaign+Options instead.
