FGU Leveling when Campaign server is not up?

Hi All,

We leveled last week and I would like to level my guy before we get on to play tonight, but the server for the campaign is not up until later tonight. Is it possible to edit the character with out the server up?

Do you have the sources used for that character available locally? I'm guessing the source of the class record used to create the character - probably the PHB, but could be another source.
