Excuse the bad title, I don't know how to name this phenomenon.
This happened to only one of my players two times in the entire campaign (~4 hours on map).

LoS (yellow dot is a torch)

The player got a torch 15 equipped (like some other players who could see the room normally).
After I deleted the torch and gave him a new torch everything went back to normal. Sadly, I couldn't really reproduce this... maybe someone else saw somehting like this... otherwise I just wanted to let you know :)
Moving LoS and resharing didn't help.
