Adding Lights from PC Action tab

There is an issue with adding lights from the PC actions tab. When the effect is created, it is stripping out the '/' characters so the created effect is not the same as what was entered.

I noticed this too. But I think the light effects still work like they should.

Without the 0, then you only get bright, not dim light.

Looks like it's the zero that's the issue. LIGHT 10/20 works as does any other combination with numbers except zero. At least as far as my testing shows anyway.

However, if you create the effect in the conditions and effects block, and drag that over, then the / remains
