Linux version running as server/DM. Latest version at the date of this post.
Never saw this occur before or have read about it being a feature. Running combat in Icewind Dale. I moved the pointer up the tracker for a player who was AFK on their turn. I think I might have had a key pressed down but not positive about that. In any case, I ended up with two pointers on the tracker. The "fix" was to move the duplicate over top of the original and I was back to a single pointer.
Game session ended mid combat so I can't experiment with that campaign. However, I made another test campaign and was not able to replicate.
