Lighting not working at all

I really don't understand what happened. It was working in the test version but after switching back to Live and updating, no matter what I try, I cannot get any lighting effects to do anything. I tried making a brand new campaign as well and no luck. Even just turning on ambient lighting does nothing at all. Any suggestions?

Did you update after you switched back to live? What is the version at the top right of the start screen and what are the versions of the rulesets in chat when you start a campaign.

Start screen shows v4.1.1. And ruleset is 5E 2021-5-11

Have you put a token on the map and selected the token?
What settings do you have on your map? Please put the map in edit mode, with "play" selected and provide a screenshot.

Got it working. Didn't realize Line of Sight option wasn't selected all this time. I feel dumb now, lol. Thanks guys.
