Ran a session with the new lighting build last night. One thing that consistently happened was that when I would draw a quick arrow pointer the arrow would not appear for the players but the measurement would. See QuickArrowPointers.JPG (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=46727).

To recreate in a new 5e campaign

Player: connect via localhost
GM: Load FG Battle Maps module
GM: Open BattleMap01 and disable Lighting but leave Line-of-sight enabled
GM: Add a PC to the map
GM: Share the map
GM: Draw a quick pointer using Left and Right mouse buttons
Player: Arrow is not shown but distance is
GM: Move the arrow position slightly
Player: Arrow appears

Note: this also appears to happen with Line-of-sight disabled but Lighting enabled, following above steps.

Workarounds to make the pointer appear for players:

GM: Change arrow position, direction, or length
Player: Zoom in/out on the image

Arrow disappears when Line-of-sight disabled
If there is a quick pointer on the map and Line-of-sight is disabled, then the pointer arrow disappears for both the GM and Player, leaving just the measurement behind:
To recreate:

Follow above steps, leave the quick pointer on the map, which should now be visible by both GM and Player
GM: Disable Line-of-sight, the arrow disappears for both GM and Player. See QuickArrowPointers2.JPG (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=46728)

I can replicate this with both LoS and lighting enabled. The arrow drawn by the DM only shows distance to the player but the arrow appears as soon as a token is selected client side.

We experienced this same issue playing savage worlds (SWADE). Also, templates drawn by one of the players could not be seen by anyone at all, including the measurements. I suspect that's related.
