CoC style percentiles for skills

hey, I'm trying to do a role under a number skill system, is there a way to do it in Core RPG without major coding?

There's not going to be any automation without coding. You can just set up a percentile roll; and specify "<Skill Name> (<Value>)" as the name of the roll. Then, just compare visually when they roll.
