Tokens not centered on map

Hey I'm having a weird problem where just player character tokens are getting messed up as I place them on any map.
They are off center and down to the bottom left of the grid square; their tokens seem to be also cut off in a square shape when they are supposed to be round.
the picture I put in is showing the character token in the middle with NPC's around it.
I uninstalled all custom addons and extensions and it's still having a problem.

This can happen in themes with non-square portrait frames. It's on our list to look at when we have time. The current workaround is to assign a token from the Assets directly, instead of using the portrait-built token.
