I've searched through the forums and tried to help resolve the issue by having him reinstall C++ distributable and the fix on it that was linked in another post as well as reinstalling the lua5.1 file and also disabling his firewall / anti-virus. He is the only player on the table that is having the issue.
Here is a screenshot of the error (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/331828586145120257/836309114945667072/20210426_193336.jpg)

Did they install the 64-bit C++ distributable?

Have they rebooted their computer after installing the 64-bit C++ distributable package?

They did. Having them try a clean install right now, and have tried everything else FG College has been able to find via there searches as well.

Ah, they're running Windows 7. That's not supported (Microsoft don't support it anymore) and probably the cause of the issue.

Welcome to the FG forums!

No worries at all. We know there are a few people running Windows 7. And whereas it's not officially supported, we'd try to help if we can. But this is pretty much a dead end with the error you're getting. Hope you can upgrade OK and then get connected to your GM and get gaming!
