House Rules Problem

[Gray Adept]

A. I'm still using FG 1.05
B. I'm trying to create a modified D20 rules set for Aerial Adventures: Sky Realms

Problem:
After following the modification instructions on the FG forums, nothing that I enter into the houserules.xml file gets displayed.

Steps:
I've insured houserules.xml is loaded in the base.xml
I've increased the size of the rectable in d20_reference.xml
I've added a node inside houserules.xml

Result:
Nothing. Houserules area in FG is blank.

Anyone?
