Hello there.
So we migrated campaign last week from FGC to FGU and one of my players using Windows 8.1 could not connect.
Here details:

Could it be because his windows 8.1 has not been updated since many months?
We all adviced him to get Windows 10, would it be a solution?

p.p.s. My players connecting first time to the FGU game, copied from FGC, 4 years campaign going on, some took like 20 minutes to connect. Is this due to the shared files loading again in FG Unity?
