FG LoS tool wiki page locked?

Seems like the wiki page for the LoS tool is locked now and unavailable for public viewing? Is this correct?

It seems that some of the numbers after pages changed, but they didn't update for pages that linked to that page (I found this quite a bit). The sidebar has the updated links and is what I have been using to navigate in the wiki.
