Ruleset Library?

Is there some sort of library or repository for community created rulesets? Seems like everyone is working on rulesets on their own and a great deal of effort is being duplicated :/.

Have to be careful not to infringe on copyrights though. Ok if you do it for your own use but not if you start distributing them around . . .

This thread (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6645) gives a list of who is working on what. I'd agree with Toadwart to be careful of copyright, and obtain the permission of the copyright owner before posting a character sheet up.
