Upgrade from GFU Standard to Ultimate (non-Steam)

I saw that steam has a reduced cost to upgrade from GFU Standard to Ultimate. Does the FG store have anything similar, I cannot find anything. I do not want pay twice.

Yes FGU has a upgrade you can buy. I think it's only linked from FGU launcher page itself, but only if you have standard license so it's not there for me (I've got an ultimate license).
