When you apply a token light to an NPC, if you change the window resolution by hitting the minimize or maximize arrows at the top right of the screen, all players get a momentary "blip" of darkness as the lighting vanishes and then reappears, and any token lights applied vanish. I found this was not the case when the token light was set via an Effect like "LIGHT: 20", but the "blip" still occurs.

Currently, in rulesets where you have such effects you should only use effects (or the senses field); the token lighting settings of the sidebar are only for tokens not coming from the CT :) See also here, the fifth note: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?66972-FG-Unity-Beta-Release-v4-1&p=586136&viewfull=1#post586136
