Help finding thread that had sample level 20 characters

There was a thread where there were sample level 20 characters that had all the powers and abilities for all the (then) subclasses.

For the life of me, I can't find that thread and my search skill seem inadequate.

They would appear in the Character List as "A Cleric" "A Barbarian"

They are immensely useful in seeing how I can set up new characters with abilities that don't automatically populate to the character sheet.
