Errors loading new campaign

Trying to start a new campaign and getting these errors. First time trying to run a campaign. Any help would be appreciated.

Your version number is almost a year old. You'll need to update first.

Is that just a standard update from the app when I open it?

The red update button should be lit up. The current version (top right of the start screen) should be March 2021. If you aren't seeing this then maybe a re-install would be a good idea since almost everything has changed since May 2020.

You've got the latest data, but the app is old.

Either your FantasyGrounds.exe file is not updating, or you have another one somewhere and the shortcut you're using to start FG is running the old application. When you start up FGU click the "Settings" button and go to the "Advanced" tab. Make a note of the "App Directory" and open that in a file explorer. Delete FantasyGrounds.exe and then run an update. If you still see the old version and the errors, then recreate your shortcut to point to the "App Directory".
