There is a latency of 2-3 frames (about 33-50 ms) between GM host and PC client and vice versa even over localhost. I tested and recorded this using Lighting switches (see below) and token movement with LoS and Lighting being disabled.
I am not sure if this is network stack latency or processing time needed by the receiving process after network data already arrived. At least for simple token movement without LoS/Light I would not expect much processing to be involved, still the lag stays the same.

By itself it is not a big deal, but if this is indeed network stack latency then it might build up to more perceivable lag when more complex actions are transmitted than a single switch/token movement. So I report this FYI.
