How does one find the "QUICK START" page I've been looking ?

I have a game to join and cannot figure out how to get to the quick start screen to try and access it. Tried watching a tutorial on YT and have never seen the screen that that video starts on either

It should be accessible by one of the buttons of the FGU launcher for example :) It could be well-be that the videos are old and still show FG classic and not unity, so, you need to extrapolate a bit :)
