Adjusting the size of the image sheet

In the user guide it mentions an option for adjusting the size of the image sheet? How is this done?

If you mean manually you just hold control down and grab the corner of the image and expand it up to the maximum size defined by the ruleset.

Permanently changing say the maximum and minimum sizes would need to be done via the XML.
