Calendar Log Entries

So, I see there is both a GM and a Player log entry capability in the calendar. I also see that when logged in as a player, I have a button to add log entries, but the button does nothing. Are players supposed to be able to add player log entries? If no, what is the point of having both types of logs and why is there an Add Log Entry button on the player client?

My players had no trouble added calendar entries. I remember they had some issues at first.

Once the DM has added a log entry the button will change to View log entry and the players can then view (the player part) of the selected entry. Players cannot add, or edit log entries at all - only the DM can do that.

It's a placeholder. As I say once the DM adds an entry the button changes to View entry.

The Player Agency extension allows players to add entries (GM still needs to activate the day/date first).
