I am re reading the new effects page.

I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, me being a hammer rather than a scythe.
Would it be possible to request some examples of some of the effects tags?
This would go a long way for me learning the various things we can do with the new automation.
The 'special cases' near the bottom of the sheet > IF and IFT. How do I use them and can someone write out an example of using them?
I see the examples at the very end. Those are helpful (thank you!)
I just wanted some more teaching. I watched the effects video and that was also a good start.
