Custom NPC Spell Issue

Hey, I made a couple of custom spells and prepared them but when I lock the NPC down they disappear from the sheet.
Is there something that I missed?

Hangman's Noose is showing all prepared uses of that entry have been used. When you lock a NPC it only shows the entries that still have uses left.
