Adding a Token Light Using an Effect. Bright and Dim range?

Is there or will there be a effect command for Bright and Dim range? Currently there appears to be only presets available.

I'm still considering this; as I'm trying to keep the effects simple as well (instead of a whole subset of coding in itself).
