Unable use Effect/Sense triggered token lighting V4.1

Unable to create token lighting via either Effects or Senses


Ruleset 5E: 44790
Campaign is a freshly created campaign with Waterdeep: Dragon Heist module (created after V4.1)

Effect added via a Torch "spell" to a character on a map with lighting enabled.
Character also has senses on their character sheet of: truesight 20

Action, effect on CT and Map in image: 44791
The effect was added via action: 44790
and then the character was moved around on the map.

The character doesn't have a lighting ring around them as they would if they were a light source.

Your ruleset versions are too old, are you sure you updated? Make also sure that there are no unzipped rulesets in your data folder :) (especially check channels/test/rulesets because you are on the test server) The correct version would be v2021-03-09 :)

Legend, thanks for that.
I'd cleared out rulesets, and run clear vault,
but clearing out channels/test/rulesets fixed the lot.
