Hi

I know the ruleset has not been implemented with DL, but I though it was in MORECORE and the effect does not working in Starfinder. I tested it in PF! and it workd fine.

As noted in the beta notes, Starfinder is not one of the rulesets where this has been implemented.

It would have been nice know before now that unlike LOS, lighting and vision would not be a universal feature for FGU. I'm sure you are doing what's best for SW but as a customer it feels like a bait and switch to just now learn that only select rulesest will get these features.

This is still only the beta for this feature and it's not in stone that Starfinder is not receiving this feature. It's not on the list at the moment, but that does not mean it won't be implemented.

Patience, grasshopper. The feature is still in beta; and we put it out the way it is to solicit feedback and begin the public testing process with the most popular and/or easiest to code rulesets.

I actually just sent an update to @superteddy57 that should allow it to work in Starfinder; given that I didn't break anything in starship combat, which he is checking for me.

I'll post more in the Laboratory thread as the beta progresses; and we add more support.

I did play with it yesterday, I can still stamp the vision on the character for test and it works fine. the power of the effect comes from the on and off effect feature in the combat tracker that can be control by player
