Effects in the combat tracker

Just curious. Is there any way to selectively hide specific effects ion the combat tracker while leaving others visible? Having a ton of resists and such clutters up the combat tracker, and some things may be better not visible.

Hidden/Visible to who? The DM can click on each one and set visibility for if the players can see it or not, but they can't hide effects from themselves, and I don't think players can hide their own effects from themselves either.
