Need Help adding scripts

I have no talents at all in adding scripts. I don't know any of the terminology, nor do I even know where the files are located in which I would add the scripts. Even if I did, I don't know how to open them (is it unpaking?). I've tried doing searches, and out of fear of really messing up my program (yes, I know that a backup should be made, but I'm still paranoid about even doing that wrong), I did not feel confidant enough to try anything on my own.

What I'm interested in are two scripts. One that will show the portrait of the PC speaking in the chat box, found here:

And the other being a script that displays NPCs turns within the Chat window as well found here near the bottom of the first page:

I'm sorry for being completely unknowledgable in this, but if anyone could tell me the easiest way to get these into the program, It would be much appreciated.

I think I might have gotten it on my own. I spent some time playing with it and exploring and once I figured out the where the files were, it wasn't so hard. I tested it out and it seems to be working without a hitch. I'll be able to test it tonight with my players.
