Is there a way to use Character Wizard after character creation (level ups)?

I have tested the Character Wizard in character creation and it clearly helps, even though it clearly isn't that polished yet. But I haven't found a way to do level ups using it. Is there a way?

If you open the PC sheet and click the magnifying glass icon next to the class/level control, you will have new window with Level Up button that will open the Wizard. Screenshot attached.
