Help with Custom Character Sheet

Hey there,

I need some help from the community, I'm building a custom extension pack to addapt the Chronicle of Darkness and some house rules to use in CoreRPG.
So there is this problem, I can't figure it out how to turn the vitality box from number_dropadd to checkboxes, or at least string box where I can write: slash, X, or asterisk; to represente de damage received.

Can anyone help me with the command I should use?

Sorry I don't know. What I've done with the minor character sheets edits I've done is to find an example in another character sheet and dive into that code to find what I need. See if you can find an example in a current ruleset and then adapt.
