My all themes have the sidebar style (color and bottons), it's a bug?

The next release of the PFRPG2 ruleset will have new buttons.

Theme developers will need to address if they want to change these default buttons.

Hurray! I'm fart more pleased than I should be to hear this. The current buttons really don't match the quality of the rest of FG (content, ruleset, etc.)

They’ll still be text based buttons, but the colour and frame will fit in better with the rest of the ruleset graphics.

I realise they'll be text based. I prefer the text based ones to the image ones. I'm just looking forward to the new frame and colour.
