There is a little chain graphic (I don't even know what they represent) that should be stuck to Init but floats when the CT window is resized. No extensions are on.

That link is for the name. Initiative is not linked back to the PC sheet.

There is a bug currently in FGU, where resized fields do not update the field decorators correctly. This is the most noticeable example of that. It will be fixed in the next client release, which should be when vision/lighting available.
