Kingdom Building in Pathfinder Ultimate Campaign?

Is there any way to incorporate this section of Ultimate Campaign in Pathfinder. I have not seen any functionality for it like a Kingdom sheet. Or is this something that would require a user to make, and if so could you point me to the resources I would need to make such an extenstion. I am not a programmer but so far FGU has proven quite user friendly in doing most things.

You could try the Player Agency extension.
It isnt designed for Kingdoms but it might get you half way there.

There is a module that has this information. It doesn't automate anything but it does have all the rules and has a Kingdom sheet.
