Token Resolution (PC vs NPC

Am I missing something? I use the same Asset from to make a NPC (left) and a PC (right). The NPC is at a much better resolution. Am I missing some setting or something?

Did the Token get autoadded when you added the Portrait?
If so try re-add the Token from the original.
