if you select the librarian option you get to add another language to your occupational skills.
This doesn't appear in the skills section of the character sheet though and if you drag the skill "lang other" into the character sheet it doesn't show up as occupational.

Within the Occupation you should also type the language name in the line that forms part of the entry.
This is the same for Firearms and Fighting and other skills that have specialties.

A player of mine has created a Cowboy. He has chose Firearms as an occupation skill from the drop down box. This has not created it as an occupational skill on the character sheet, but it has for Natural World. Can you help me work out how to amend this please?

*Edit*

Ahh I understand now, I had to type in the lined box the specialization. Sorry I didn't understand initially. Thanks.

Ok another update. It now crashes to the desktop when I close lock the Occupation after typing in Handgun for firearms specialization.

I get this in the console before CTD.

"[ERROR] Script execution error: [string "sublabel"]:3: attempt to call field 'addNewInstance' (a nil value)"

Welcome AgentPumpkin

Firearms, Arts and Craft, Science, Language (and maybe some others) require that the specialisation also be entered in and then the system will enable them correctly.

Could you type out the steps involved? Sorry I cant seem to reproduce.

Its ok I worked out what happened. I locked the profession down, before typing in the specializations. Then I went to unlock it and then entering in the specializations (I think) caused the code error. I have deleted said character and started again from scratch, doing it properly and not having any issues! Thanks for trying to help.
