Is it possible to drag/drop or assign a die value to a field in FG2? I'd like to be able to assign a single die to each ability score. Then the player can drag/drop/click from their for rolling. Example: Strength d8, Dexterity d10, etc.

Yes. Look at the diefield control in the library. Its the database version of the die control.

An example of this on the d20 sheet is the damage die slot.
