Character token in Combat tracker disappears during player's turn

I tried to find if anyone else has this issue. So far it has only been inconvenient. Once player's turn is over, the token returns. It doesn't affect the map or the actions taken.
I don't have any screen shots at this time (not until Thursday).

It is no great grievance, but have been trying to remove extensions and test it but can't identify any that are doing it yet.

I haven't heard of this. I would definitely turn off extensions to test if that is what is causing the situation.
