Player getting blank map or red X

Have a player who is using mobile for internet service as they are in a remote location, and getting a blank or red X for maps or images that are shared.
Surfing the internet is fine for them (images come across), except in FGU (latest version).

Any advice?

This means that the image hasn't completed downloading. Depending on the image size this could take a while if their connection is poor or slow.
