Is there an updated developer guide available after the latest 21-02-18 changes that brokes various extensions?

I specifically wonder about what happened to "identitylist" myself, but other information would be useful as well.

Thanks. I found the official developer guide, but it wasn't updated yet. Maybe I can update some of the extensions we use that are not supported by their authors anymore.
