Just had a situation where a party member healed another in 4e, and despite having all surges available, the healing didn't work (said "insufficient heal surges). Even after manually using a healing surge, it didn't consider it "spent" even though it healed them for the correct amount.
Not sure what's causing it, but it could be an issue with the new update. Needs fixing asap as it's quite annoying. Was working just fine last week.
