Moving DLC

After about a year, I'd like a break from DM'ing and my wife has decided to run Waterdeep Dragon Heist. Without really thinking it through, we purchased a 2nd FGU: Ultimate license for my wife's computer (she'd been connecting to mine with a Demo license up to this point). Then purchased and installed Dragon Heist on her computer. It then occurred to me that her computer can't access the PHB on my computer if she's hosting the game. We don't want to purchase another PHB, so what do I do? Can I move the PHB to her computer? Or migrate Dragon Heist to my computer?

If it is a recent purchase, you can gift it to the older account which already has the PHB and then run from that account. She can keep using the same license key if she wants.
