Registering options - what is the effect of the second parameter "true/false"?

It is called "bLocal" and seems to be if true, a trigger for some "immediate" action vs storing in the Campaign DB?

I didn't try to hard to follow it as I THINK so far I've only had use for bLocal=false and definitely for what I am working on that noticed this is not needed. So I went to "put a pin in it" but figured may as well ask here in case can get a learning moment on "best practices" for myself and others :)

True means that the client and host can toogle the option for them self and only for them self.

Ooooo awesome! That makes sense as a thing to add capability for. Didn’t even occur to me.
