Friend is currently online (running as cloud server) but I can't see it for whatever reason. Both are using ultimate license.

If your friend set to Private, it will not be visible in the list. You will need to connect with their FG forum user name.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am trying to connect with his forum name. Getting an error that says he isn't registered with the lobby, though watching him load it up he is selecting that option.

I tried connecting to his machine with same error. Can you have them exit the session, and go to his Settings to review their user name there?

We did check his settings to ensure the username was correct and its the one I sent. We've both exited the program as well as rebooted each of our computers so far. I previously had no issue connecting until today.

Can you have him use the Compile Logs button after he logs into his session, and provide them here? (Type /console, then hit the Compile Logs button)

You're FGU install is using a FREE license. The network is disabled when using a free license. The main FG screen would have shown a message saying this along the bottom of the window.

Make sure you've entered your FG Unity license key in the settings window and then run an update.
The top right of the main FG start window will show the version number and either "FREE", just the version number for standard, or ULTIMATE for an ultimate license. If you don't see the right license for your FGU license key then double check it's entered correctly in the setting window (note - FG Classic licenses don't work in FG Unity).

Thank you. I re-entered my ultimate license key and that resolved the issue. I am not sure when or how I managed to switch to the free version, but at least now I know to look for that if this issue pops up again.
