I'm finally pulling the trigger and installing FGU for my weekly game - however I want to keep FG classic. In reading the wiki, I believe that is simply a matter of installing FGU, changing the data and app directory at install to "Fantasy Grounds Unity" instead of the default "Fantasy Grounds" and then after install - porting over whatever campaigns I want into the new FGU directory. Correct? Any common issues I should be on the watch for?

Just don't use the same directory for Unity as for Classic and you'll be fine. When you port over your campaign you'll want to clear all the character ownership since your players will be joining with a different username. Also some (or all) of the extensions you might be using in Classic may not work in Unity.

The default install program and data directories are different for FGC and FGU. So if you took defaults for FGC and take defaults for FGU you will be good. But, if you don't like defaults, just make sure they are unique.

Thank you both - one more question - I'm assuming I can just copy a FGC campaign into an FGU campaign directory and apart from some broken links, I should be good to go?

Yes, copy the campaign folder with your campaign name from FGC and paste it into the campaigns folder in FGU. Don't drag use copy and paste otherwise you could move the folder rather than copy it and once you've opened it in Unity it will no longer work in Classic. Assuming you also move over any modules that you have created or are in your modules folder (and are used in the campaign) into Unity as well you shouldn't see any broken links.
