Do item/spell changes propogate to possessors of the item/spell?

When I change an item, spell, etc., does the change propagate to possessors of the item, spell, etc.?


When I've made changes it doesn't seem like the data propagates. But maybe I'm doing something wrong?

When you add an item or spell to a PC sheet the data is copied to the sheet - essentially becoming a standalone version of the entity in that character sheet. So any changes outside of the character sheet need to be done again. If you haven't edited the item or spell on the character sheet, add the new record to the sheet and delete the old.
